Here, the flavours of the Mediterranean meet a passion for exciting and creative cuisine.
The menu has been created by our chefs Matteo Monfrinotti and Sebastiano Pagliaro: a culinary project that brings together two stunning locations. Whilst our executive chef Matteo oversees Darbia on Lake Orta, in Tuscany the reins are handed over to Sebastiano Pagliaro, who leads the kitchen in Chianti whilst maintaining the same vision.
Inspired by the rhythm of the seasons in the Tuscan countryside, the menu is a tribute to the authentic flavours of this place steeped in tradition. Every course becomes a story and a little culinary journey – with all-Tuscan ingredients only!

From Monday to Friday, the restaurant is open for dinner, while at lunchtime guests can enjoy a delicious selection of cold dishes and snacks.
On Saturdays and Sundays, the restaurant is open for lunch and dinner.
Wednesday is the weekly closing day.
The restaurant is open exclusively to our estate’s guests.
